The weather in Ajudaniye district is for the most part mild and cold. Depending on the season it can have significant changes. In the Spring Ajoudanye temperature ranges from 5 to 18 degree Celsius and in the winter the weather is not very agreeable as temperature goes down to close to zero degrees. Its original name was Buzarjomehri, named after General Karim Buzarjomehri, who served as Tehran municipal from 1923 to 1933. City Courthouse: Stone and marble façade on the City Courthouse structure captures the eye of new visitors in their first glance. Czechoslovak-Iranian company won an auction and they founded the City courthouse in 1936. The construction of the City Courthouse plan by Stanislav Sůva had a four-year pause on its way to being built because of World War II. Qavam os-Saltaneh, 19th prime minister of Iran, finally opened this building in 1946.

Dost Ali Khan Moayer Ol Mamalek was the architect and the builder behind these multi-store structure. Moayer Ol Mamalek used all the elements of Iranian architecture in Shamsol Emareh and gifted the building to Nassereddin Shah.

Ethnographic museum or Abyaz Palace
